Pixie Lycan

A smaller to mid sized Lycan race. Not called Pixie due to being super small or having wings but gossamer like tips to there hair and fur that at times releases a highly potent magical dust akin to a pixies.

There cultural is a bit...outdated compared to others. They believe that a girl must remain pure till she is Wed. If she becomes inpure she is labeled and has brought shamed not just upon her family but the pack as well.

Often to reclaim there family other the girls father and brothers will demand the names of all who touched her and kill them after...they kill her if they deem her so 'filthy' no other will ever want them.

The exception to this and redemption for the Lycaness however is coming across one who will marry her and swears they cut down all others including her own father and brothers. It's believed by there clan for one to love a that 'ruined' girl that much...means she despite all that has happened retains her purity. And thus her place is restored.

The...unfairness of such a view is if the male sleeps around its fine. It's natural for him to migrate. Although they oft tell them to play outside of there own clans medians for they are for when the male is ready to settle down and marry. It matters not how many women they 'soil' outside of there clan.

Intimacy and Childern.

The males of the Pixie Lycan are encouraged to play outside of there clan because they are taught to use those experiences to learn the best ways for them to tie with there mate. As unlike other Lycan, Vulpine and Candid races...it is extremely hard for them to tie...with there mate or any girl. Which is a problem for them...as female Pixie Lycans only enter heat the moment they tie with there mate....the males struggle to do so means a harder time producing heirs.

Females.

For the women they need not worry about heat cycles, they're heats only trigger when they are tied with meaning there mate is worthy to father a child to her. For this reason they don't marry outside of the Lycan and cousin races. And why it's considered so awful for the women to be with any other men. No child unless a tie.

Childern.
Because childern are conceived only when a married couple has a 'sucessful' union, should a pup of any age be orphaned the clan oft fights over who is best suited to provide and care for the pup. Every married childlessmarried couple can be seen arguing and stating there case to the alpha the one who can show the orphaned pup or pups the Most love and care get them.


Although it sound harsh there killing off there daughters who become 'impure' its because the moment they are even taken against there will the boys who bed hop themselves state they don't want some man's depository for the mother of *there* pups...oft making things worse and worse for the girl who was often a vi tum as the girls are almost always enchantingly beautiful.
