Thorn Dragons

Thorns are often misunderstood, because they tend to be temperamental and quick to anger. They're also usually quite stubborn, but deeply loyal and devoted. Most Thorns are wrongly perceived to be of darker natures and more susceptible to corruption, but this is simply not true. The notoriously deviant Dark Thorn tribe was responsible for painting that image for all Thorns. They have varying appearance, usually with triangular scales that are smooth to the touch in their true form, occasionally having some fur or feathers even on their spines and/or tail. They can also have quills, which are not normally sharp, but merely decorative, which earns them their Thorny name.
